We are Lindsay Tedder and Stephanie Weber. Collectively, we are Tedder and Weber, a writer-speaker-YouTube duo who love us some Jesus and also know a li'l sumthin' about comparison.
We are all about shutting down that Comparative Narrative in your head so that you can reconnect with God and others!
We believe that god placed us in this moment to be in community together. that means we must genuinely connect with others.
but the comparative narrative separates us. it tears us apart from god and from those intended to be our community.
Join us on our journey to stop the comparative narrative.
Tedder and Weber have shared messages on the Comparative Narrative in person and online. Check out their YouTube channel for all episodes of The Tedder and Weber Show, or check out the videos below to jump into this journey with them now!

Tedder and Weber have decades of experience comparing themselves to others! During the pandemic, God revealed to Lindsay that she should write on comparison and that it should be done with Stef. Lindsay accepted God's invitation thinking she would be helping Stef overcome her comparison issues. Little did Lindsay know that she was about to uncover a whole new side of comparison she had never considered!
These two teamed up and found healing, friendship, and wisdom that they now want to share with YOU!
They have written and taught a Bible study on comparison, and have other items in works.
Meet Stephanie Weber! Quirky randomness and laughter are trademarks of Stef's presence. As the introvert of the group, Stef is happy to bring a smile to their faces as she warms up. Stef is learning that it's okay to be herself in all situations.

Meet Lindsay Tedder! Sparkles and fun surround her at all times and she has never met a stranger! Linds is the extrovert of the duo and she is finally comfortable taking up space in rooms she enters.
You can find a lot more of Lindsay's story on her website here.
You know that voice in your mind that tells you that so-and-so is better at everything, or that you could never do "that", or never be like "her"? The chatter in your brain that has you convinced that you'll always be "too much" or "not enough"? When you hear a reminder of how you can never measure up on an endless loop in the tape player of your mind?
Well, THAT, my friend, is known as the Comparative Narrative!
It's the story you tell yourself when you look at others through the lens of comparison. It's why you may feel distant or even fully isolated even when you wish for community.
The path forward starts with recognizing those moments when comparison has you in a tight death-grip! We start to move forward when we catch ourselves mid-comparison - and then SHUT. IT. DOWN. The stories you tell yourself matter!
Once we can recognize the patterns of comparison, we can learn to stop the Comparative Narrative!
Join us on a journey to comparison-free living in the middle of your God-given community!
